Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of WarrenConnect, WarrenSuite, and all associated services operated by the State of Warren Community. By accessing or using any of our platforms, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Community Membership
WarrenConnect is a private roleplay community. Access to certain features, departments, applications, and management tools may require verification or approval by Community Staff.
Membership is a privilege and may be denied, suspended, or revoked at any time for violations of community standards or misuse of services.
2. Accounts & Authentication
Users authenticate through Discord and may optionally link their Roblox account for verification and community features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any connected services.
Attempting to impersonate another member or falsify identity information may result in permanent removal.
3. Public Profiles
Upon signing into WarrenConnect, a public member profile may be created automatically.
Depending on your privacy settings, this profile may display information such as:
- Display Name
- Discord Username
- Linked Roblox Account
- Departments
- Assigned Community Roles
- Join Date
- Last Online
- Profile Biography
- Profile Banner & Avatar
Profile information may be updated by the member or automatically by WarrenConnect systems.
4. Profile Audit Log
WarrenConnect may maintain an internal audit history for profile changes. This can include but is not limited to:
- Role assignments
- Role removals
- Department assignments
- Banner changes
- Avatar changes
- Profile edits
- Verification events
These records exist for administrative transparency and community management.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Harass or threaten community members.
- Attempt unauthorized access to staff systems.
- Submit fraudulent applications or appeals.
- Use automated tools to abuse WarrenConnect services.
- Distribute malicious software or phishing content.
6. Staff Authority
Community Staff may interpret and enforce these Terms of Service as necessary to protect the integrity of the community.
Administrative decisions regarding suspensions, removals, department eligibility, or access restrictions are final unless appealed through official channels.
7. Data Accuracy
WarrenConnect integrates with third-party services including Discord and Roblox. Information displayed may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to external service limitations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or real-time synchronization.
8. Service Availability
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice for maintenance, development, or security purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
WarrenConnect and the State of Warren Community are provided for entertainment and roleplay purposes. We are not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions arising from use of community services.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of WarrenConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
